Vietnamese food philosophy sounds simple but really delicate: choose the freshest ingredients and spices, season and combine them correctly to create a surprising flavor and nutrion. We will show you how to make it, with our mom’s recipes.
Menus could be Pho, Spring rolls, Bun cha, family meal with 3-dishes. Generally we will:
– Go the market nearby to buy the most fresh ingredients. You will have chance to interact with our favourite local venders in the market.
– Then we will guide you steps by steps on how to prepare ingredients, season and cook with our own family recipes.
– After cooking, we will enjoy the food as a family: start the meal by inviting everyone to join the meal, how to use bowl and chopsticks in a Vietnamese way and what we often talk in the meal.
