With our Verona Food Tour you will have a chance to taste some dishes from the gastronomic tradition.
We start our food tour with a traditional aperitif tasting crostini, stuffed with local products, and a glass of local wine in the framework of one of the oldest Veronese taverns.
You cannot claim to have been in Verona without having tried the typical Veronese pasta. You can eat them in a modern gastronomy that has become a point of reference for the Veronese. Paired to the local pasta dish you'll also drink a glass of wine.
We continue in an old osteria where we are going to taste two other main dishes of the Veronese cuisine: the "Pastissada", a special recipe with which you can enjoy horse meat or Polenta with soppressa (Italian cold meats). A full-bodied glass of red wine will also be present in joint with the present dish to complement it.
Finally, Risino, a dessert from Veronese tradition, or ice cream and the unmissable espresso coffee.
