The name of the place comes from a sawmill that operated in the area between the 40s and 50s. Once in Puerto Almanza we will contemplate the beauties of the place, and we will have our reservation ready to delight ourselves with the most original native dishes, on the side of the Beagle Channel. Once in the restaurant, you can taste the best fresh fish dishes from the Beagle Channel.
