What makes Beagle Channel to Martillo Island and Walk among Penguins a unique experience ?
Ushuaia is a city in Argentina in the Ushuaia department and capital of the province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and South Atlantic Islands. It was founded on October 12, 1884 by Augusto Lasserre as Fort Ushuaia on the settlement of the former mission of Thomas Bridges
We will arrive at the area where our boat is located and then we will sail for approximately 20 minutes in a semi-rigid boat to the island, where we will walk alongside the Magellanic and Gentoo penguins for 1 hour with a specialized guide who will provide us with information about the life of these fantastic animals.
On the shores of the Beagle Channel and surrounded by the Martial mountain range, it offers a unique landscape in Argentina, with a combination of mountains, sea, glaciers and forests. To enjoy your stay in Ushuaia, we suggest you always have at least one waterproof coat and comfortable shoes to move comfortably and safely through the sloping streets, characteristic of this city.
On the island we will walk for an hour among Magellanic and Gentoo penguins, always with a guide.
