Please be aware of Traffic, Rush hour in Miami is between 3 pm and 7 pm. We must request a bridge opening at 5th street bridge. This bridge won't open from 4:40 PM to 5:50 Pm on weekdays, if your trip is at 4 pm please be on time to prevent any problems with the bridge. Customers booking after 4:00 PM, the captain will be waiting for you outside, your captain should call you 1 hour before to give you instructions. Weather Policy In the event of unfavorable weather conditions that prevent safe boat operations, we will arrange a rescheduled time for your reservation. Please do not assume that the reservation will be automatically canceled due to current conditions in your area. Instead, always assume that the reservation will proceed as planned. The company holds the authority to cancel a reservation, and failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the full amount and will be recorded as a no show.
