The first prodouct that you will try is the typical Milanese bread called MICHETTA, with three cured meat (or an alterntive for vegetarian and vegan people. At the second stop you will test a milanese called MONDEGHILI. Mondeghili are meatballs typical of Milanese gastronomy. They are prepared with a mixture of boiled meat, flavored with lemon zest and nutmeg, and are fried in foaming butter.
