She loves cooking plant based meals and is so happy to share it with travelers. Marla loves to cook with ingredients that are fresh and in season. So your menu will vary depending on the season, but a few dishes that you can expect to try are pesto pizza (typical toppings include spinach, potatoes and mushrooms), salad or homemade cornbread, mushroom stroganoff and chili sin carne or glazed tofu.
