Our instructor, who has mastery of Kaiseki cuisine, will guide you step by step how to make the dishes and decorate the plates. Specifically, you will learn, e.g., how to make Dashi (soup stock), how to cook rice, and how to use cooking utensils and prepare ingredients, so even beginner chefs can have a great time! You will also enjoy sake tasting. The class will be held in English and/or Japanese.
