You will cook the 3 dishes that you have chosen in advance. So for example if you have chosen to make a Thai curry we shall start off with making the curry paste where I will show you how to prepare and combine the ingredients to make the paste which we will then later use to make the dish. We will cook each of the dishes and then you will get to eat each of them or take away any additional food that you don’t finish whilst you are here.
