1) Short Rural Ride (12.5km). Easy for everyone including kids down to 1.32m tall.
฿450 for the instructor + ฿150/bike.
2) 22km intermediate circuit (over 2 hours). Stunning scenery with a good mix of road, gravel and cattle tracks. Suitable for families wanting a moderate challenge (we suggest age > 12).
฿550 for the instructor + ฿150/bike.
3) 27km harder circuit (takes around 2.5 – 3 hours). Out in the countryside (lots of off roading). Only suitable for cycling enthusiasts!

4) Beginner’s SUP followed by 27km Bike sessions (or switch order), three hours of each with delicious local lunch included. ฿1800/person.
