We will depart from your hotel at 8:00 a.m. for a scenic drive through Chile's intermediate depression, offering stunning views of the Andes Mountains. On our way, we’ll pass the historic Chacabuco Monument, site of one of the most significant battles in Chile’s fight for independence (1817). We will then cross the international tunnel marking the regional boundary, where you’ll have a breathtaking view of Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Southern Hemisphere. Our first stop is the In Situ Vineyard in San Esteban, where you'll enjoy a tasting of premium local wines. Continuing our journey through Río Blanco, we’ll pass small villages, mining camps, and awe-inspiring mountain ranges before arriving at Portillo, home to the renowned Inca Lagoon.
