Walk to the trailhead where you can visit the 7 lagoons. Be amazed by the crystal clear waters of the lagoons and wonder how such a thing is possible in the middle of nowhere. Since June 10, 2024, the lagoons are no longer suitable for swimming.
As part of the route to the Baltinache lagoons, we pass through the Llano de la Paciencia where we have the Cordillera de Sal on one side and the Cordillera de Domeyko on the other. That road takes about 1 hour to go and then another hour to return.
We will travel to the valley of the abandoned bus, also known as the 'Magic Bus'. Iconic for its rustic appearance and perfect setting, you can take advantage of this time to capture the perfect photo.
