Pickup at TenEleven Store | KEF Airport: At pickup location, show voucher or ask for Trawire Basic -Hotspot modem package. Before pickup you can either print out your Voucher (link below) or open in your device and show to front desk staff. Remember to activate/register the modem after pickup. USE ONLY THIS ORDER INFO AS ACTIVATION INFO. You can not activate under another name than you ordered with. See our FAQ for info how to connect to the modem. Pickup at other Trawire locations: Direction to selected pickup location is shown in a link on your voucher. For pickup you can either print out your Voucher (link below) or open in your device and show to cashiers. Register: Turn the modem on and wait for its wifi signal (in your device’s wifi-setup). Connect to the modem with the password shown in the modem menu (press menu button – see our faq how to see or access the modem info).
