• Weight Limits: The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
• Height Requirements: Minimum height: 4'6" (54 inches) (1.37 m), Maximum height: 6'5" (77 inches) (1.96 m).
• Prohibited Actions: Removing the life jacket, jumping into the water, and colliding with others. The person making the reservation is responsible for negligent damage to the unit or units. Smoking or consuming alcohol or drugs is not allowed. For your safety, that of other participants, and our staff, if we notice that someone is under the influence of the aforementioned substances, we will be forced to prohibit their participation in the activity.
