Sargassum, a harmless seaweed found in the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico, often lands on our shores and occasionally emits a scent. All odd-numbered groups or solo kayakers will be paired up during the tour. You will get wet! Dress accordingly. During peak season, high visitor volumes and tour companies may require shifts to enter/exit the lagoon, causing occasional light bumps between kayaks.
