You will also have a unique opportunity to taste the young freshly brewed beer. Please note that there will be other tourists attending the brewery tour as well, the tour is on foot and by bus. Important: do not forget your jacket, it is cold in the historic underground!
CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO RENOVATION WORKS The Great Synagogue of Pilsen is the 3rd biggest synagogue in the world (after the ones in Jerusalem and Budapest)! It is richly decorated from both inside and outside. It is currently undergoing renovation, you can enjoy it only from the outside at the moment.
St. Bartholomew's cathedral's tower is the tallest church tower in the Czech Republic with its 103 meters.
The historic square surrounding the St. Bartholomew's cathedral offers a wide space for a pleasant walk during which you can admire the beauty of the old colorful houses. If you are lucky, there may be a cultural event, farmers' market or a local festival happening there during your visit.
The Renaissance Town Hall is considered to be the most beautiful house in the Pilsen historic square (The Republic square).
