- Underage 18 can go as a passenger, not as a driver. If your child taller than 150 cm (4.9 ft), we can offer e-bike or e-scooter, you have to contact us in advance about that option.
- If you want to ride with a child of 1-6 years old, we can provide a classic electric bike with a special child seat (EU certified), this is the only option to take your child on the tour. Maximum weight of the child (including clothing) is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). The child will go free of charge, but please mention it in the "Special requirements" field.
- The maximum age is 69 (for both driver and passenger). We reserve the right to check your passport.
- The maximum payload per Trike is 180 kg
- We do not go inside the sights where you will be charged additionally, as payed entrance.
- In case of light rain, proper raincoats are provided free of charge and tours run as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.

The meeting point is Maltezske sq. 7, Praha-11800. Our shop is next door to the Embassy of Japan. Please be there 10-15 minutes before the planned start. If you not sure you can come on time - you can come 1 up to 2 hours in advance as you do for airport 🙂 Please bring your ID or passport (or it's copy in mobile). We reserve the right to refuse service if we can't verify your age (see possible age restrictions in the tour description). Please dress according to the weather, unless it's a hot summer day. It can be a little colder driving than walking. In case of showers, wind over 70 km/h or ice on the street, the tour might be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund.
