What makes Full-day Chichen Itza journey, with guides + cenote + buffet a unique experience ?
We will begin our tour by picking up our travelers at their hotels. The time to get to Chichen Itza is 2.5 hours. Enjoy a visit to one of the most important emblematic archaeological areas in the world, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will visit Chichen Itza for 2.5 hours, half of the time it will be a guided tour, the rest of the time you will have free time to take photos and see the historic buildings in your own way.
After visiting the archaeological zone, we will visit the Saamal, locally known for its beauty and crystal clear waters. After the cenote we will go to a Mayan buffet well known in the region. We will have 2.5 hours in total to visit the cenote and eat at the buffet. The transfer to the cenote will take 1 hour.
Finally we will make a 45-minute visit to the beautiful city Valladolid. At the end we will return to our van heading to the hotels to drop off our travelers, the trip will last 2 hours.
Tour Description & Additional Info:
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Archaeological sites, being federally protected areas, charge a fee for the use of professional cameras, which must be paid on site. This is only mandatory if you are using professional photo/video equipment.
- This tour involves a lot of walking, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing.
- The included lunch is a buffet of regional Mexican food and you are free to choose what you want to eat. This buffet contains options for vegetarians (it is not yet adaptable for other specific dietary regimes).
