Tiny Table Tours was founded by a well-known local food journalist, and those relationships are at the core of our tours. We share stories gathered from one-on-one interviews with business owners and chefs that will give you a behind-the-scenes, personal view of South Philadelphia. Our tour guides are deeply immersed in Philly food and dining scene, giving you a deeply personal experience.

The tour includes six bites of food, including sweet treats, a Vietnamese sandwich, tacos and more. We'll talk about (but not eat) cheesesteaks, and introduce you multigenerational family businesses.

We’ll also share our cheat sheet: a list of recommendations for bars, restaurants, and other fun activities in the city.

All in all, we’ll walk a little less than 2 miles over the course of 2.5 hours.

We can easily accommodate vegetarians and pescatarians with advance notice. PLEASE let us know if you or anyone in your party has any dietary restrictions we should be aware of.

On this all day private tour, your driver-guide will take you Philadelphia, America’s first World Heritage City, where you will spend the day learning and seeing first-hand of the birthplace of place of the United States, one-time capitol of the nation and one of the country’s oldest cities. (Yes, we stop at the Rocky Steps and statue.)

Join this exciting “Rocky” movie locations tour of Philadelphia for a fresh look at the “City of Brotherly Love.” The private tour can start and end at any location in the city center, and includes transfers by chauffeur driven vehicle.

See sites from 4 of the 6 “Rocky” movies, including the first, and the last, “Rocky Balboa.” Go to the pet store where Adrian Pennino worked, and the gym where Rocky worked out. Visit Rocky’s apartment building, and take a quick jog in the Italian Market where Rocky’s morning runs were filmed. Pick up a Philly Cheese Steak before you leave.

A highlight will be the famous “Rocky” steps in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where you will also find the giant bronze statue of Rocky himself! There are many street scenes that you will immediately recognize, and you can spar with your guide about movie quotes and characters along the way.

When booking this tour, you will be picked up in a Mercedes SUV. You will not have to share the vehicle with people you do not know. The guide will give a personal and private introduction to the City of Brotherly Love. Each tour usually runs for 4.5 hours.
