It could be Mercier, Boizel, Moet & Chandon (often full) Charles Mignon, or Nicolas Feuillatte in Chouilly. If none are available there are lots of smaller ones to visit with great champagnes to taste.
Return trip to Paris. Traffic is typically good until around EuroDisney, after it can and usually is very dense. You can be dropped off at or before Notre Dame Cathedral on our way back via Rive Droite from Pont d'Austerlitz or the pick up point.
