What makes Sweet & Sinful Dessert Tour a unique experience ?
Take a walk through the heart of the French Quarter and sample our most decadent delights, including Macarons, Pralines, Bread Pudding, Beignets, and Snowballs, many of which were invented in New Orleans! You'll learn the unique history of each dessert we sample and of the iconic establishments where they are sold.
We'll stroll through Jackson Square and see the famous cathedral, the Cabildo (Spanish city hall), and Pontalba Buildings.
We'll see the old Jax Brewery, now a mall, as we take a break at Bon's Street Food.
We'll see the French Market, originally an old trading post shared by many Native American tribes. A building was first constructed by the Spanish, and greatly expanded under the Works Progress Administration (WPA) in the 1930s. Now, it's a popular food market and flea market!
