Thai Yoga Massage is a unique method combining traditional Thai massage and Yoga techniques. Amanda will gently stretch body tissues, move your joints through their range of motion, and use her thumbs, palms, arms, and elbows to apply pressure in areas of muscular tension as well as cleanse energetic channels. Afterwards, you will feel so relaxed and balanced.

There are several available locations for this experience, including in a lush, peaceful garden surrounded by banana, papaya, and coconut trees at Pinneys Beach, or in a private air-conditioned room with a beach view at Oualie Beach Resort. Choose from 1 hour or 90 minute massage. The massage involves some Yoga techniques, however, as with any massage, there is no effort required, except to relax!
