• Children must be at least 10 years of age or older to go on doors off. An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old. Only age 16+ can sit on an edge/outside seat.
• No hats, bags or any loose items allowed.
• Must wear closed toed shoes. No flip-flops or sandals.
• Long hair must be tied up in a bun or braid.
• Air Maui will provide each passenger a jacket that will be required for all passengers to wear during flight.
• Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time. For groups 12 or more 7 days notice is required.
• Comfort seat charge for one passenger weighing 230lbs or more, a combined weight (2 passengers) of 400lbs or more or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 190lbs or more. Any passenger over 250lbs no matter what the combined weight is must purchase a comfort seat due to safety on the doors off flight.
• Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
• Helicopter is a shared cabin of 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.
