Please make your own way EITHER to the Sliema mooring which is directly opposite the Sliema Hotel by ST Hotels at 59 The Strand, Sliema OR to Bugibba Jetty at Bognor Beach in Bugibba (according to you booked start point). Please arrive at least 25 minutes prior to your departure time and immediately board the state of the art, eco-friendly, 33 meter, red iSeeMalta catamaran ferry which is operated by Captain Morgan. We will cruise up the North-East coast of Malta, via the north Comino channel to reach the island of Calypso, Gozo.
Upon arrival at the Mgarr Harbour in Gozo you will be greeted by our representative and directed you to your waiting minibus for a chauffeur driven transfer to Ramla l-Hamra Red Sand Beach in Gozo. For the return your driver will confirm the agreed meeting point at Ramla L-Hamra Red Sand Beach and the meeting time. Please ask the minibus driver before leaving the vehicle for confirmation of the meeting time and place if you are unsure.
Discover Gozo's largest beach. Ramla L-Hamra, which means Red Sand, is the largest beach on the island of Gozo. It is characterised by natural red sand with dunes running along the beach, making it a perfect place for swimming, snorkelling and relaxing in the sun. Please follow the the beach swimming advice and ask a lifeguard if you are unsure.
After visiting Ramla L-Hamra Red Sand Beach, your transport will take you back to Mgarr Harbour in Gozo to board the catamaran back to Sliema or Bugibba in Malta. Please return to the agreed meeting point at Ramla L-Hamra Red Sand Beach a few minutes before the agreed meeting time to ensure that you do not miss your transport - please ask the morning minibus driver before leaving the morning vehicle for confirmation of the meeting time if you are unsure.
Enjoy the late afternoon cruise from Mgarr Harbour in Gozo either back to the Sliema or back to Bugibba in Malta. On arrival in Malta please ask the ferry crew to direct you to their free organised land transport to the main hotels in Sliema and St. Julian's from Sliema, or to the main hotels in Bugibba, Qawra and Mellieha from Bugibba.
