During our tour, our guide will provide a short city tour where you will be able to learn about its culture, traditions and principal attractions. Veragua is a private biological reserve located just 60 minutes from Puerto Limón. It is an extensive virgin forest that borders one of the largest biological reserves in Costa Rica. It has a scientific station where various studies of the ecosystem, flora and fauna are carried out. Veragua has beautiful easily accessible trails that will take you to the very heart of the mountain. The entrance to the forest is through a ride on a cable car that will take you through the treetops. The view is impressive. During the walk, our professional naturalist guides will explain the most important aspects of the forest and try to find wild animals for your enjoyment.

Take it and meet our staff at the entrance of the terminal. Do not take the shuttle that goes to Puntarenas City. Just go the main gate. We do not pick up INSIDE the pier.
