Once there you will see our guides holding a sign with your name. For Puerto Caldera: The port authority offers a free shuttle bus service to the main entrance of the pier. Take it and meet our staff at the entrance of the terminal. Do not take the shuttle that goes to Puntarenas City. Just go the main gate. We do not pick up INSIDE the pier.
