  • In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays and some might be closed on holydays
  • For safety reasons, due to bad weather or a water level that is too high in the lake, public navigation will be used instead of the exclusive boat
  • We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
  • Please note that purchases over 300€ made in Switzerland require a customs stop for VAT refunds.
