Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering. Present your paper voucher to KrakowBooking staff member. Alternatively, go paperless by showing the voucher on your mobile phone. The default pickup is set to the main meeting point. Hotel pickups are available only from selected hotels located in the center of Krakow. Please send an email to the operator a minimum of 24 hours before the tour starts with your booking number and hotel address to check the possibility of hotel pickup, otherwise, please make your way to the meeting point. If you purchased a student ticket, please remember to bring your student ID, otherwise, you will need to pay an additional fee of 50 zł for an adult ticket.
