- Sea kayaking requires a moderate level of physical activity. It is not recommended for guests with back problems, limited upper body strength or anyone who is prone to seasickness. In addition to paddling a kayak, guests need to be able to climb short sets of stairs; walk to the departure point; climb on and off the office boat; ascend and descend a short ladder; and sit on the dock or loading platform to get in and out of kayaks.

• Ability to participate depends on size rather than weight, however we do not recommend this tour for guests over 275lbs and some guests under 275lbs may not fit into the kayaks. To safely participate guests must be able to sit comfortably in a kayak seat that is 18 inches wide (same width as most standard airline seats) and fit into unisex 2XL rain gear. A seated waistline above 52" will not be a good fit for the kayaks. • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for participants with back problems. Meeting point is within walking distance of the cruise port at our downtown office across the street from dock 3.
