The entire village is splendidly decorated under the theme of "Fairy Tale," and the main characters of various cartoons can be seen through murals and sculptures.

'Chohanji Mural Street & Three Kingdoms Mural Street' is a street where you can see murals related to representative Chinese historical novels, Chohanji and the Three Kingdoms. The stories in the novels are interestingly drawn on the mural, so even those who do not know the novels can enjoy them.

In 1981, it was operated as a social club for foreigners living in Incheon. Inside the building, there is a social room, a billiard room, and a reading room, and a tennis court outside. Later in 1914 during the Japanese colonial era, it was used as a space only for Japanese people.
