- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- This is a private service. Only members of your party will participate
- In case of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will not be refundable. If you arrive with a new flight and consequently a new pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer
- Any modifications or changes to the pick-up time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled pick-up time
- In the event that a flight is diverted to Pisa or Bologna Airport, the transfer will not take place and will not be refunded
