We are 100% self sufficient, we grow, make and bottle all wine on the Torlesse Estate We are 100% Sustainable both as a winery and vineyard as audited by the NZ Wine Sustainable Winegrowing brand.
Pegasus Bay is one of the best boutique winery experiences in the country. They are widely regarded as a leading producer of fine wine in North Canterbury. The Cellar Door offers a large selection of estate wines to taste while taking in the views of the barrel hall.
