- There is no guide in Coba, the guide will give a time to meet at the bus, if the customer is not outside of Coba at the time of meeting the bus will leave and no refund will be provided
- Preservation tax are 10 usd for Tulum and 9 usd for Coba this is for the mayan ruins conservation
- The main cenote is the Cenote Tamcach-Ha, depending on the availability the cenote can change during the tour according to the guides decision. No refund is provided if the cenote is changed
