Vajdahunyad Castle, situated on Széchenyi Island in the City Park, is one of the most characteristic and exciting landmarks of the city with countless features to be explored, a favourite target for hundreds of thousands of tourists every year. The castle served as a filming location for the mystical world of The Witcher. The directors used a castle as a wizard Stregobor’s courtyard of the house.
Walking tour: Andrássy Avenue is a boulevard in Budapest, Hungary, dating back to 1872. It links Erzsébet Square with the Városliget. The St. Stephen’s Basilica is one of Hungary's most important church buildings. It is named after the founder of the Hungarian state, St. Stephen. In the movie The Spy, Melissa McCarthy sped away in front of this building on her red scooter. Beautiful photos can be taken. The Párisi Passage Café and the Párisi Passage Restaurant are both located in the stunningly award-winning, magical building of the Párisi Udvar Hotel. One scene in the 2011 film version of Le Carré’s novel “Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy” was filmed there. In addition to enjoying the beautiful surroundings, we also have lunch at the restaurant.
