Why choose this tour ?
Back Bay is one of Boston's most beautiful neighborhoods and a city planning masterclass that illustrates American architecture's changing tastes and stylistic evolution throughout the mid-to-late 19th and early 20th centuries. It's also home to excellent chocolate vendors and gorgeous art galleries. The group will have chocolate tastings at four locations while visiting two art galleries to see why Back Bay is an essential Boston neighborhood. During this tour, we'll taste the following: -Hot chocolate from one of the pioneers of America's artisanal chocolate industry -Cookies from a legendary New York City bakery that's expanded into Boston -Cupcakes from a delightful Newbury St dessert shop -Chocolate hazelnut cake bites from a three-story Italian goods market We'll also visit two art galleries: -A contemporary gallery showcasing local and global talent -Another gallery featuring 50 artists, including ceramics, paintings, photographs, mobiles, works on paper, and sculpture

What makes Back Bay Chocolate and Art Galleries Tour a unique experience ?
We will be meeting outside of Trinity Church, which was founded in 1733 and rebuilt in Back Bay in 1877. We will not be entering during the tour, but you can go inside before the tour if you would like. Touring inside is an additional cost not included in the ticket.
The main shopping street in Back Bay, 2 of the chocolate vendors and both of the art galleries are located on Newbury St. There are plenty of shops and other galleries to check out before and/or after the tour as well!
A 32-acre tree-lined mall modeled after the Parisian boulevards created for Emperor Napoleon III, Comm Ave is the neighborhood's central axis and one of the most beautiful streets in Boston. We'll be walking a couple of blocks while checking out some sculptures and classic Back Bay row houses
We will be ending the tour here in the Prudential Center. In addition to Eataly, there are a multitude of shops to check out here after the tour!
