Shamakhi’s greatest landmark is Juma Mosque, one of Azerbaijan’s largest and most lavish places of worship. While the current structure was reconstructed in 2013, the earliest version was built way back in 743AD, making this the second oldest mosque in the Caucasus and the oldest in Azerbaijan. Since then it has been destroyed and rebuilt several times, most notably during the devastating earthquake that reduced Shamakhi to rubble in 1859 and later by inter-ethnic clashes in 1918.

Lake Nahour is one of the most popular and visited natural attractions in Gabala. It is a natural paradise surrounded by forests and high evergreen mountains. It covers an area of 240 hectares and has a maximum depth of 24 meters. Lake Nahour enjoys very clear water thanks to the sources of fresh water seeping into the lake, and it is considered one of the most important natural attractions. We will stop at a restaurant here for lunch.

The final destination will be Summer-Winter Touristic Complex Tufandag and our guests can enjoy our matchless beautiful nature in unsurpassed recreation tourism centre just about 4 km from Qabala City.“Tufandaq”Winter-Summer Tourism Complex offers the longest cable way trip of the world that from that point you can see all of the panorama of Gabala at any time of the year, skiing on the ski tracks of different difficulty level, ski training and ski school. Kindly note that you will able to use 2 lines of cable car in a group trips.

The waterfall is located 4 km from the centre of Gabala city, in the village of Vandam. Water falling from various cliffs forms a 7-step waterfall here. That's why the waterfall has received the name "Seven Beauties". From below, you can only see two small, lower waterfalls. To look at the other five, you need to climb steep steps to the top, which will require certain physical strength. However, those who overcome this path will be rewarded with an amazing panorama that opens from above. The waterfall is located in a dense forest, so it is always dark and cool there. In winter, the area around the waterfall is covered with ice, and it is impossible to get here.
