Before leaving visit the gift shop to see the products made from Qiviut the underfur of the Musk Ox which is the finest wool in the world.
You will have time on your own to explore the town of Palmer. Explore and learn the history of the town and how it was shaped by the New Deal in an attempt to bring farming to Alaska. Enjoy a meal made with local meats and vegetables or shop for locally made products.
At the farm you will be able to feed, pet, and interact with a wide variety of Alaskan Animals. The farm is home to Reindeer, Moose, Alpacas, Yak, Bison, and more.
